Apple ITunes. Simply go to www.itunes.com
, get the itunes software if you don't already have it,
and simply download the whole cd, or just individual

New Cd, Stand and Believe, is scheduled to be released
by Easter. You will be able to buy them online, or
at any of our events. We are very excited about
this new release!!!

Benefit Concert for Hurricane Katrina Victims
|
Praz has decided to put together a benefit concert
for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. We feel it is very important to bring people together to help others in need. So mark your calendars.
Sunday, October 2nd, Praz will be performing at Civic Park in O'Fallon, MO. The concert will be from 2pm-4:30pm. Please come and help us raise
money for the victims of one of the biggest natural disasters that have hit our soil. A charity representative will be present to accept donations.
We look forward to seeing you there!!!

Summer has been good for the members of
Praz. Each of us have been busy with various family vacations and activities. It is hard to believe that Fall is quickly approaching.
We may have taken a small break gigging, but things have not stopped. We have been in the studio since the beginning of June, recording
another original cd. If all goes well, it should be released sometime this fall. Once it is released, we have decided to stay in the studio
to record a Praise & Worship album. If all goes well, that CD should hopefully be available at the beginning of the year. So things are moving along.
We have been booking gigs for the end of this year, as well as next year. So keep checking out the site. We will let you know where we will be and when!!!

Gig on the Boardwalk

May 7th, 2005, we are playing
at ChurchHill's Coffee House in Winghaven on the Boardwalk. We hope that it is a very nice day so we can enjoy playing outside.
We start around 6pm and will go to 9pm. If you can make it, we hope to see you there.

For those who are itching to
hear us live again, we will be playing at First Friday Coffeehouse, put on by our friends at Twin Rivers Community Church. The date
is 4/1/05...yes, April Fool's Day! So, we may be fooling you...would we do that LOL!!! Anyway, the date is 4/1/05, and we will be playing
from 7pm to 10pm. First Friday is located at 820 W. Terra Lane in O'Fallon, MO. Here are the directions given that we given to us.
Directions to First Friday Coffee House.....
Take hwy 70 west to Bryan Rd. Exit and turn right on Bryan road. At
the stoplight turn right on the north service rd, then turn right into a
little strip mall plaza before CHILDS TIRE. You will see the cars and a coffee
sign in the window. It starts at 7 o'clock.
This should give you the basic idea of where it is. If you have any questions,
feel free to email us. We hope to see you there. We are looking forward to this show!!

CD #2 ???

There has been alot of our fans
wishing and hoping that PraZ would go back into the studio and do another fantastic cd. If you are one those fans, then we have good news!!!
The plan is this: are you excited yet??? Is the suspense getting to you??? Ok, we will tell you now.
PraZ is planning on going back into the studio in May, but with a twist. Not only is PraZ going back into the studio to record
a new cd, we are going in to do a DOUBLE CD!!! That is right. The first cd will be an original cd, and the second, a Praise and Worship CD,
filled with your favorite P&W songs you love to hear. So stay tuned. We will give you progress reports as time goes on.

Another New Arrival

Well, there has been another new arrival
in the extended family of PraZ. Kara Elizabeth Gagliano was born on 2/2/05 to the proud drumming daddy, Mike Gagliano and his wife Jen.
We pray that Kara leads a very blessed and healthy life. So, should we take bets on which instrument Kara will play?? :>)

Happy New Year to all of our fans!!! We hope
2005 is healthy and prosperous for all. As for PraZ, we have a very cool announcement. Cathy Pescarino has given birth
to Vincent Xavier Pescarino on New Years Eve. What a cool day to have a birthday!!! Vinny will have a party every year.
Congrats to Cathy and her family...WE LOVE YOU CATH!!! As for the rest of the band, gigs are being booked and another cd is being planned.

is back in the saddle again. We have a handful of gigs approaching!!! Please come out and see us!!!
Sunday, September 19th at 6:30 pm,
We will be playing at St Monica's church for a outdoor youth mass, followed by a concert. St Monica's is located at Hwy 270 and Olive.
Stop on by, we would love to see ya.
Saturday, September 25th, from 8pm to 11pm, we are back at Picasso's Coffee House.
Picasso's is located in O'Fallon, MO on Hwy K. We will be playing there again on Saturday, October 23rd. So if you
can't make it in September, come see us in October. If you can, see us both times!!!
October 2nd, We will be playing
at the gym of Assumption Church in O'Fallon, MO for the youth group coffee house, Holy Grounds. It will go from 6:30pm to 8pm. It will be
a great time with a great group of kids. THEY ARE A BLAST!!!
October, 17th, We are scheduled to play at Assumption Church's
Fall Festival. So if you have missed us at any other times, here is your chance. The time is not yet set. We will let you know when
we find out.
So as you can see, the next couple of months are busy for us, but it is good to be out playing again.

We
have a big gig! We are playing the pre-game festivities for the St Louis Cardinals' Christian
Family Day, at Kauffman Park in downtown St Louis; not to mention that we will be playing during
the Fair of St Louis as well. Kauffman Park is located at Chestnut and Pine, one block north
of City Hall. We go on at 12:30pm. Definitely come down and see us. We expect there to be
a large amount of people there.

are playing at St Monica's Church on Friday, June 18th, for their monthly coffee house.
It will take place from 7pm to 9pm. St Monica's Church is located at the southwest corner
of Olive and Hwy 270. If you are in the area, please stop by and see us. It should be a good time.
